Inflated MSRP Prices...

Uggg- Not cool- Yes, buyers really need to check the MSRP price and NOT what Golf Avenue has marked a line through. I almost bought a Taylor Made Stealth Driver they said cost $749 new. Luckily I decided to check trust pilot and saw someone said they inflate the "new price." Yes, puffing is 100% legal and I am happy I did just a little checking on my own. They are listing the club at $499 and I can go right to Golf Gaxaly and buy it brand new for $549. Plus, I would have to worry about the nightmares I just read about when customers have a problem. I guess a deal isn't always a deal....

Bought a golf bag from them

Bought a golf bag from them. Great experience. Shipping was fast and actually arrived 2 days earlier than expected, because they shipped promptly. Great service.

Once a Good Business Model!

I have had very good transactions with Golf Avenue over the years however since they have no more phone contact, their response time is no longer consistent. I purchased two items recently and now want to return for a refund as per their return policy. I sent the original request on August 17 and still no reply as of yet which is 12 business days not conforming with their stated contact within 1 to 7 business days. It is very unfortunate as this was a good business to deal with and transactions were at one time, prompt. They are still quick to do business sales but not so much taking care of business in other areas. Sad and Unfortunate! Think twice before purchasing in case you may want to exercise a return. Just want others to know about this experience to possibly save them possible future anguish.

The business idea is a good one but…

The business idea is a good one but they are not equipped to handle the demand. There is no such thing as a phone. It has been shut off for months. You have email a request and wait a week to hear from them. The trade in idea is great in theory but they always find something wrong with the clubs to lower the value. If you are buying clubs the service is quick. Bought brand new fairway woods. Both came broken. I sent the first one in and got a replacement very quickly but have been waiting 3 weeks for the other one after sending pictures and the new broken club back within hours. received an email several weeks ago asking if we were squared away on that issue and a explained again that I was still waiting on my replacement and nothing. Need staffing if you have a prayer of making this work. After this review Brent H. contacted me and sent out a new 3 wood. He is by far the most helpful that I have dealt with on the limited staff. In the end after weeks all is complete.

Wrong XXIO wood

I found it on their website for a XXIO 20° 5 fairway wood. I ordered and paid. It is a 7 wood when I received it. I just emailed them and wait for response. I was nervous when I placed the order since I've never bought anything from this site. I hope the response is better than expect.

I do not recommended

I do not recommended. All is good unless you have a problem then after sales service is the bad. They don't answer their phones, their chat is auto robot and emails go unanswered for weeks. I purchased a driver with a senior shaft and got a driver with a stiff shaft. I sent trade-ins to offset my purchase. Two weeks later I got an email asking me to return the club. I did. No sorry or apologies. It's been a week and nothing. They have my clubs and my money. I do not recommend this store.

Unresponsive Customer Service

Ordered a used club. Never got it but the package showed delivered. Sent multiple emails, online, phone call, no answer on any of the fronts. Do not conduct business.

So far this has been a horrible…

So far this has been a horrible experience. They shipped me the wrong club. I have been trying to contact them for a week. No response to emails and will never answer the phone. Does anyone know how to get in touch with these people.

Everything worked out as expected

After some back and forth with Danny at customer service, Golf Avenue came through providing me with the expected quote on my trade in clubs.

I am also pleased with my new/used Cleveland hybrid irons.
